The Avon Public Schools preschool special education program, entitled LEAP (Learning Experiences for Avon Preschoolers), is currently accepting applications for September 2013 enrollment of typically developing 3- and 4-year-old students to serve as peer models for students with disabilities. The district-wide program serves residents of Avon and is housed at Pine Grove School
